    As far as the little town of boulder goes, this is def the best place to get a meal. There is tons of seating inside (for a small town) and they have a great selection of meals. Their specialty sandwich is the Elkhorn Club, and I couldn't recommend it high enough. Its prob the best toasted club sandwich i've had anywhere.

    The Elkhorn hasn't been a supper club for a while now. It's a café, "luncheonette" for folks from "Back East," closes somewhere around 2:30. This is where you go to enjoy a yummy totally from scratch breakfast or lunch (try the steak and eggs!), prepared under the tutelage of a local woman with a culinary degree and great love of both food and hometown.

    It's also where you go to see some of the heart of Boulder. Good food, good people. Local News Central.
